There is no contact form on this site. Please write to the email address above, or call the number above. Email is generally quicker and leaves a written record for both of us, which is especially useful for corrections and privacy requests. We aim to reply within a few business days.

What to write to us about

• Corrections. If you think an entry or a field note has a dose, a study, a price or a refund term wrong, send us the link to the page and, if you can, the source you are relying on. We check it against primary sources and, if we find an error, we fix it and note the date. Our approach is set out on How We Review.
• Privacy requests. To ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to be removed from The Biology Code Brief, or to make any other request described in our Privacy Policy, email us and say what you would like. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act.
• Press and media. Journalists and researchers can write to us with questions about how an entry was put together. Please include your deadline if you have one.
• Brand and seller questions. If you make or sell a product we have covered and you believe an entry is inaccurate or out of date, tell us what has changed and send a link to the seller's page or the current label. We will re-check it. We do not change a status in exchange for payment, free product or anything else.

Please put the page or product name in the subject line. It helps us route your message.

What we cannot help with

• Orders, deliveries and refunds. We do not sell or ship anything. Every purchase is made with Amazon or with the seller, and only they can see your order, tracking number or payment. See Shipping and Returns for how to reach the right party.
• Medical advice. We cannot tell you whether a supplement is right for you or how it would interact with a medicine you take. Please ask a qualified clinician or pharmacist. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Please do not send us health records, photographs of medical documents, payment card numbers or passwords. We will never ask you for them.
